Houston is a city of caring neighbors, a heartwarming truth that has been proven time and again these past weeks. To celebrate that spirit of togetherness, chef Hugo Ortega’s Mexican coastal kitchen, Caracol, is hosting a special supper this Sunday, September 24 at 5pm, that will raise money to benefit those affected by Hurricane Harvey.
This family-style wine dinner will feature special guests from Chile’s new wave of boutique wineries. Guests will have the opportunity to hear about the future of Chilean wines from these six wonderful winemakers, all while enjoying chef Hugo’s flavors of Mexico.
The evening will begin with a reception at 5pm, followed by four unforgettable courses.
