Our Houston Restaurant Weeks Favorites

We’re in the thick of Houston Restaurant Weeks (August 1 – September 4), a truly glorious time of year: Many Houston restaurants, some of the very best in the nation, create special menus at excellent prices to benefit the Houston Food Bank – not to mention hungry Houston foodies.

Houston Restaurant Weeks are a not-to-be-missed experience, and we’ll be highlighting some of our personal favorite participating restaurants over the next few weeks! First up: Gem of the Museum District, Lucille’s.

Named the Best Southern Restaurant in Houston in 2016, Lucille’s earns its accolades with a scrumptious elevated Southern menu, fantastic service, a patio, and all the events and happy hour specials you could desire. To top it all off, Chef Chris Williams is kind of a big deal: He was featured by Zagat as one of “15 Under the Radar Chefs to Know” in Houston, and one of “17 Under the Radar Chefs to Know” across the nation.

For his special Houston Restaurant Weeks menus, Chef Chris Williams has curated meals to tempt and please. Take a closer look at the scrumptious Dinner, Lunch, and Brunch menus here, then make your reservations!
