Kick off your Rodeo evening at Ristorante Cavour in Hotel Granduca! Your dining experience will span four decadent courses, as well as a wine pairing from J.Lohr Winery. Indulge in a refreshing insalata course, followed by a main plate. Choose from such dishes as Bistecca (a 14 oz. ribeye steak with your choice of sauce, plus a side) and Gamberone (grilled jumbo shrimp, couscous, grilled seasonal vegetables), then cap off your meal with impeccable Tiramisu.

For Rodeo season, Goode Company Armadillo Palace is extending their Saturday hours of operation to offer lunch to hungry Rodeo-goers!
