The four-course meal presents ample options for guests, and will feature such delights as a tomato tart with truffle oil, andouille sausage, arugula, and prosciutto; octopus with radishes, cucumber, and sundried tomato dressing; and pheasant with apple mousseline, new potatoes, and cardamom sauce. There will be three seatings, and reservations are required. Seating times are: 4:30 p.m. ($75++ per person), 6:30 p.m. ($85++ per person), and 9:00 p.m. ($95++ per person; glass of champagne included).
