This Museum District favorite has plenty of options for lovers looking to toast New Orleans-style. Head to the upstairs dining room for a special “Dinner on The French Quarter” with live music. The New Orleans-inspired evening will feature festive décor and a saxophone player that will take you back to The Big Easy. For $125 per person (plus tax and gratuity), guests will enjoy a glass of champagne to begin the evening, white tablecloth service with a small take-home floral arrangement, wine pairings with the first and second courses, the option of table-side bananas foster for dessert, and a special after-dinner cocktail with Cafe Du Monde coffee to enjoy with dessert.

For a more intimate setting, choose the downstairs dining room. Executive Chef/Owner Chris Williams has created a special Valentine’s Day 3-course prix-fixe menu for $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity. This meal does not include a wine pairing.

Radio Milano

This Valentine’s Day, indulge in a sumptuous five-course dinner menu at Radio Milano in the beautiful Hotel Sorella CITYCENTRE. Choose to partake in the optional wine pairings, then enjoy such menu highlights as  foie gras torchon, ahi tuna tartare, and rose water red velvet cake. Pricing is $65 per person, or $90 with wine pairings.

The Tasting Room CITYCENTRE

Experience a prix-fixe four-course dinner menu and wine pairing from 5pm till close on Wednesday, February 14th at The Tasting Room CITYCENTRE. The “Around the World” themed menu features dishes inspired by Thailand, Italy, France, and America. Menu highlights include Myanmar tiger shrimp with rice noodles, sweet chili, cilantro, and apricot, paired with Trimbach Gewürztraminer France 2014, as well as pan-roasted duck breast with foie gras, cherry, bacon, and truffle, paired with OTTO NOTE Barbera D’Alba Italy 2013.

A violinist will play, guests will receive a complimentary glass of bubbles before dinner, and each lady will receive a rose along with two chocolate covered strawberries per couple courtesy of The Tasting Room’s pastry chef. The Tasting Room Uptown Park

Indulge in a romantic four-course “When France Meets Italy” Valentine’s Day dinner menu from 6 to 10 p.m. at The Tasting Room Uptown Park. Guests will enjoy grouper amandine with haricots verts, almonds, cauliflower puree, and brown butter sauce; braised veal shank with creamy polenta and smoked tomato jus; and much more. For an additional $35, receive a wine pairing with each course.

All guests will receive a complimentary glass of champagne before dinner. The meal will be $150 per guest. Call (713) 993-9800 to make a reservation.

Laurenzo’s Restaurant

If the way to your heart is steak, comfortable Houston classic Laurenzo’s is calling your name. On Valentine’s Day, enjoy a special three-course prix-fixe menu for two for just $79.99 without wine pairing, or $129.99 with wine pairing. Menu highlights include a roasted beets salad, bacon-wrapped Texas wagyu steak with red wine mushroom sauce, and tiramisu and chocolate-dipped strawberry for two. Included in the wine pairing are such wines as the Carmenet Chardonnay and Cui Cui Sangiovese Blend.
