Major League Baseball’s Opening Day is less than three weeks away, and Houston is already abuzz about the Astros. Minute Maid Park will be a hot destination all summer long as the team mounts its World Series title defense. Lucky for us, the folks at the ballpark have made celebrating the ‘Stros easy this summer—by stuffing their schedule with fun promotions and unique giveaways. We’ve rounded up a few of our favorites below. Plan your trip to the old ball game this summer around this fun collection hats, shirts, bobbleheads, and more.

Friday, April 6

7:10 PM vs. San Diego Padres

Promotion: The first 10,000 fans through the gates will receive a Replica World Series Trophy, presented by Coca-Cola.

Chance of Astros Victory: High. The Padres figure to be cellar-dwellers in the NL West this season.

Saturday, April 7

6:10 PM vs. San Diego Padres

Promotion: The first 10,000 fans through the gates will receive a Replica World Champions Ring, presented by Coca-Cola. Stick around after the game for an Astros After Party in center field’s Budweiser Brew House.

Saturday, April 14

3:05 PM vs. Texas Rangers

Promotion: The first 10,000 fans through the gates will receive a George Springer World Series MVP Bobblehead, presented by Coca-Cola.

Chance of Astros Victory: High. The Rangers rivalry is always heated, but Texas faces big questions with its pitching staff.

Sunday, April 15

7:08 PM vs. Texas Rangers

Game Highlight: Every player who takes the field will wear number 42 in celebration of Jackie Robinson, who broke baseball’s color barrier on April 15, 1947.

Promotion: The first 10,000 fans through the gates will receive a Navy Grocery Tote, presented by Houston Methodist.

Saturday, April 28

6:10 PM vs. Oakland Athletics

Promotion: The first 10,000 fans through the gates will receive a Jose Altuve AL MVP Bobblehead, presented by H-E-B.

Chance of Astros Victory: High. The A’s have some talented young players, but will probably struggle to win 80 games this year. The Astros, meanwhile, are projected to win over 100 games.

6:10 PM vs. Texas Rangers

Promotion: The first 10,000 fans through the gates will receive an Astros Floppy Summer Hat, presented by Houston Methodist in celebration of Mother’s Day Weekend.

Sunday, May 13

1:10 PM vs. Texas Rangers

Promotion: The first 10,000 fans through the gates will receive an Astros Infinity Scarf, presented by Houston Methodist in celebration of Mother’s Day Weekend.

Friday, June 22

7:10 PM vs. Kansas City Royals

Promotion: The first 10,000 fans through the gates will receive an Astros Fedora, presented by Goya.

Chance of Astros Victory: High. The Royals are in tear-down mode after losing several key players to free agency.

Sunday, June 24

1:10 PM vs. Kansas City Royals

Game Highlight: Super Hero Day! Dress up as your favorite caped crusader and hit the stands. Special ticket packages include custom Orbit bobbleheads.

Promotion: The first 10,000 fans through the gates will receive a Marvel Super Hero Lithos Comic Poster.

Sunday, July 8

1:10 PM vs. Chicago White Sox

Game Highlight: The first-ever Kids Day at Minute Maid. Children 12 and under can hit the Kids Zone in Union Station Lobby, enjoy music and in-game entertainment catered to children, and circle the bases after the game is over.

Promotion: The first 7,500 fans 12 and under will receive a Youth XL Jose Altuve Youth Replica Jersey, presented by Exclusive Furniture.

Chance of Astros Victory: High. The White Sox are widely expected to land at the bottom of the AL Central this season.

Saturday, July 14

3:10 PM vs. Detroit Tigers

Promotion: The first 10,000 fans through the gates will receive a Justin Verlander “K Counter” Bobblehead, presented by AT&T.

Chance of Astros Victory: High. The Tigers are shedding veteran contracts and entering a deep rebuild. And if Verlander is on the mound facing his former team? The Tigers won’t stand a chance.

Saturday, July 28

6:10 PM vs. Texas Rangers

Promotion: Celebrate the Astros-Rangers rivalry! The first 10,000 fans through the gates will receive a Lone Star Series T-Shirt.

Friday, August 10

7:10 PM vs. Seattle Mariners

Game Highlight: Turn Back the Clock Night returns to Minute Maid. Don your best ‘70s garb as the Astros and the Mariners play in replica 1979 uniforms.

Promotion: The first 10,000 fans through the gates will receive a George Springer Replica Rainbow Jersey, presented by Houston Methodist.

Chance of Astros Victory: As you could probably guess, we think the chances are high. The Mariners look like a .500 team. The Astros look like much, much more.

Saturday, September 1

6:10 PM vs. Los Angeles Angels

Promotion: The first 10,000 fans through the gates will receive an Alex Bregman “Walk-Off Hit” Bobblehead, presented by Nolan Ryan Beef.

Chance of Astros Victory: Still high, even though the Angels represent the single greatest threat to the AL West division crown. Any team with Mike Trout and Shohei Ohtani should win a few games.

Sunday, September 2

1:10 PM vs. Los Angeles Angels

Game Highlight: Dog Day returns to Minute Maid. With the purchase of a special ticket, fans are invited to bring their pooches to the bleachers.

Saturday, September 15

6:10 PM vs. Arizona D-Backs

Game Highlight: Hispanic Heritage Street Fest, presented by Fiesta.

Promotion: The first 10,000 fans through the gates will receive a Carlos Correa Replica Orange Jersey, presented by H-E-B.

Chance of Astros Victory: The D-Backs were great last year, winning 93 games and pushing the Dodgers for the NL West crown. But they lost their biggest bat, JD Martinez, to free agency. So we’ll stick with our usual: High.
