Top Chef Masters Winner Opens His Most Personal Restaurant

Chef Chris Cosentino, winner of Top Chef Masters and co-owner of San Francisco’s Cockscomb, Jackrabbit in Portland, Oregon, and Acacia House in the Napa Valley, has opened his first restaurant in Houston. Located in the C.Baldwin Hotel, Rosalie Italian Soul is named after his great-grandmother Rosalie Cosentino, a first-generation Italian immigrant who inspired his career in cooking. This New Restaurant Offers Over 100 Wines By The Glass

Sixty Vines is opening their first Houston location in Rice Village. The Napa Valley inspired restaurant based in Plano, Texas (outside Dallas) is often referred to as “the winemaker’s restaurant”.
