13 Celsius, which opened in 2016, by Ian Rosenberg and Michael Sammons, gives customers an authentic taste of small town Europe. The building’s unique architecture comes from the fact that it once was a Mediterranean – style 1920s dry cleaners shop. It reminded Rosenberg and Sammons of antiquated boutiques they fell in love with during their travel to Italy and the South of France.
13 Celsius’s extensive and expertly curated list of fine wines, unique beers, and perfectly paired samplings, such as artisan cheeses, salami, and cured hams. Although located in downtown, you will feel as though you stepped into a charming Italian town.
