The Four Seasons Hotel in Downtown Houston was designed to be “Houston’s Living Room.” A place where luxury meets Texas hospitality. The team has accomplished both said reputation and more since opening in 1981. The 30-story building has 468 rooms, a pool, spa, Topgolf simulators, 3 restaurants and more. Executive Chef Rafael Gonzalez and his team bring delicious and unique items to all three concepts that include a contemporary Italian restaurant, Quattro, and a chic bourbon bar, Bayou & Bottle.
Most recently Bayou & Bottle launched a new brunch menu. The restaurant extends the homey yet modern feeling with vintage glassware, built-in bookcases, big screen TV’s you barely notice and comforting food. Additionally, the large banquet booths and comfortable leather couches make for the perfect place to escape the hustle of downtown and enjoy a nice meal.
Highlights from the menu include, one of the best takes on avocado toast in the city the E.A.S.T (poached egg, house cured salmon, toasted sourdough, smashed avocado and greens), Breakfast Flatbread (scrambled eggs, chorizo, green onion, queso Oaxaca, pico de gallo and cilantro crema) and Feges BBQ Brisket Sandwich (smoked brisket slices + Uncle Phatty’s® BBQ Sauce + cheddar + cabbage). Being the bourbon bar that it is, the brunch menu also features a unique cocktail, the Roughshod (bourbon, fresh squeezed orange, mind and honey syrup).
Visit Bayou & Bottle for Lunch and Brunch Monday – Saturday 11am – 5pm and Sunday 12pm – 5pm and for dinner service Monday – Sunday 5pm – Midnight.
