McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood & Steaks, a leader in the steakhouse industry since the ’70s, recently debuted their new name, M&S Seafood, Steaks & Oysters, and a new look at their Uptown Park location. The updated modern interiors include fresh white marble walls and light lighting to create an inviting atmosphere to enjoy what USA Today called, the best Happy Hour in America.

The restaurants new Oysterology™ program is represented in the menu with over 10 unique oysters. Highlights include the Oysters Rockefeller (spinach, bacon, hollandaise), Cajun Fried Oysters (fried green tomatoes, pickled okra, white remoulade) and an array of oysters from the private M&S Oyster Bed in Virginia. Alongside the impressive array of oysters are the seafood and vegetable programs. Seafood options include Pacifico True-Striped Bass, Sixty South Pure Antarctic Salmon and more all served alongside vegetables from award-winning Chef’s Garden in Milan, Ohio. Both programs were designed to deliver healthier, more sustainable options to guests.
The famous happy hour occurs daily from 3:30 – 7 pm and includes an array of bites, Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl, Crispy Baja Fish Tacos, Shrimp Avocado Toast, M&S A-1 Blue Burger and more, all under $10. There are of course also many beer, wine and cocktail specials available.
M&S Seafood, Steaks & Oysters is open Monday – Thursday 11 am – 10 pm Friday and Saturday 11 am – 11 pm and Sunday 11 am – 9 pm.
