La Villa Saint-Tropez, a newly opened restaurant in Houston’s Montrose area, brings the unique flavors of the coastal town St. Tropez in France to food-lovers’ plates in Houston. Founder Vincent Sinard and Executive Chef Bruno Gallou have created French Mediterranean dishes in a trendy contemporary space, nestled in one of Houston’s most diverse and bustling areas. Visitors can expect to taste the region’s finest dishes in a 4,000-square foot, two-story restaurant. The space will reflect a mid-century modern design with coastal palette-bright whites complete with red, white and blue statuettes of French cultural icons. Once visitors step inside, they will feel like they have been instantly transported to France.
The menu for La Villa Saint-Tropez boasts delicious dishes selected and created by Chef Bruno Gallou. Chef Gallou, known for opening many popular concepts in France, hopes to contribute internationally-inspired dishes for Houston to enjoy. Gallou will select daily local meats, fish, and produce for La Villa Saint-Tropez. The menu, which will rotate every 3-4 months, features modern dishes including the Saint-Tropez region’s staples such as Riviera Bouillabaisse, Lobster Linguine, roasted split lobster and lobster bisque; and Roasted Duck Breast. For dessert, indulge in the Banoffee pie or Chocolate Lava cake, both aesthetic and mouth-watering offerings at the restaurant. With all the delicious flavors, visitors are bound to fall in love with the tastes of these French Mediterranean dishes.
