Every season Relish Restaurant & Bar updates their menu to reflect both the on-trend and in season ingredients. The summer menu is all about light, refreshing flavors and creative uses of fresh fruit, all with traditional southern cooking influences.
The menu is full of both new items and classics with a summer twist. Highlights include, the Snapper Crudo (topped with strawberries, jalapeños, hazelnuts and tangy lime zest), Peach Bruschetta (whipped ricotta, local greens, maple, pickled red onion), Pan-Seared Diver Scallops (corn succotash, oyster mushrooms, beurre blanc, watercress, crispy prosciutto san daniele), Summer Tagliatelle (basil pesto, goat cheese, basil, blistered tomatoes, pine nuts, Parmesan) and an indulgent Peach Cobbler.
We had a lot of fun making these and really getting to tell the story of both ours and Houston’s influences through these dishes
