Let’s start with a few facts: Brunch is the most important meal of the week, and Houston’s home to some of the best-ever brunches. So it follows that if you’re in Houston, you’d better darn well brunch. One of the most decadent, over-the-top Sunday spreads has always been at Uptown mainstay Hotel Granduca—and after a three-year hiatus, the luxury Italian hotel is unveiling a new, better than ever Sunday brunch buffet.

If you can dream it, it’s there: Hotel Granduca pulled out all the stops for their revamped offerings, including a Chef’s Carving Station and a Seafood Bar. Pile your plate high with Sage & Wild Honey Turkey, Plum Ginger Roasted Ham, and Herb-crusted Leg of Lamb, alongside oysters on the half shell, Alaskan crab legs, tuna poke, and more.

The opulent spread is rounded out with breakfast omelets, frittatas, salads, Italian breads and cheeses, smoked salmon, and an array of decadent desserts. If you’re dining with little ones, the hotel has you covered with a special Children’s Menu, featuring such offerings as chicken tenders and grilled cheese.

As a nod to their Italian roots, Hotel Granduca’s brunch includes complimentary Prosecco. Guests are also welcome to order from a menu of refreshing Spring cocktails, as well as traditional brunch drinks like mimosas and Bloody Mary’s.

The sumptuous spread is served every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and is priced at $65 per person, and $25 for the children’s menu.
