Thanksgiving is around the corner and as much we love a homemade meal we know that sometimes for one reason to another that can’t happen. Thankfully the great chefs of Houston are here for us! We rounded up the top places to either spend Thanksgiving or pick up classic TG dishes to pass off as your own.
The folks at Underbelly Hospitality are preparing an extensive Thanksgiving to-go menu. Including, Bacon Sausage Creamed Greens, Sweet Potato & Cheddar Gratin, Lamburger Helper, Day After Thanksgiving Gumbo and many desserts! Place your order by November 18th for pick up November 21st and Hay Merchant.
This Houston staple will be offering their famous since 1977 Pecan Pie and Mesquite Smoked Turkey! Thinking there may be a last minute need? Goode Company has your covered with a convenient drive-thru pick-up 8am – 5pm Tuesday & Wednesday before Thanksgiving!
Looking for a vegan Thanksgiving Day option? The Dunlavy has you covered as well as offering a traditional Turkey dinner. The vegan option is centered around a Butternut Squash stuffed with Wild Rice Herb Stuffing. Both meals come with an array of sides, desserts, and feed either you and a loved one or up to 10 people!
The casual nature of The Classic is extending to Thanksgiving with a 3-course pre-fix meal being served from 10am – 4pm at $40 per person. Menu highlights including Maple Glazed Turkey Breast, Sweet Potato Layered Cake served with orange cranberry jam or Mom’s Chocolate Cake with fudge pecan icing and vanilla ice cream. Bosscat will be open from 12pm to 7pm with a full Thanksgiving Day feast! The pre-set meal includes large helpings of proteins, salad and of course numerous sides and desserts ($45, $55 for three proteins; $15 for kids 12 and under), added bonus? Half-off all bottles of wine and $5 Texas draft beers all day. Reservations encouraged but walk-ins are welcomed!
The European restaurant in Hotel Alessandra is going American with a special Thanksgiving Day menu. Served from 11am and 2:30pm the menu includes a Pumpkin and Ginger Soup, Turkey, Roast Beef, Double Crust Apple Pie and more! Reservations can be made online.
The village and memorial Hungry’s locations are cooking up an entire Thanksgiving Feast for you to enjoy at home! For $170 you can serve up to 10 people all the classic Thanksgiving Day dishes! Place your orders must be placed by Tuesday, November 20 by 12pm.
