You can never get bored shopping in Houston. With its cultural diversity and fantastic designers, Bayou City is a hotspot for unique looks and exciting new concepts, like Collectivo, a new River Oaks concept store that specializes in luxury Latin American designs.

Collectivo’s gorgeous collections showcase the unmatched craftsmanship and unique designs coming out of Latin America. On Thursday, March 8 from 4 to 8 p.m., Collectivo is hosting the launch of a new collection, “Vacation Vibes” by Kimono Zulu. This exciting Houston-based brand reimagines and embellishes vintage kimonos, creating unforgettable wearable art that you can’t help but fall in love with.

Just in time for spring break, the new “Vacation Vibes” collection was inspired by designer Tina Zulu’s favorite Latin American vacation destinations, including Bueno Aires, Tulum, San Miguel de Allende, and more.

“I love how our kimonos pair so beautifully with Collectivo’s unique mix of high-fashion and handmade artisan pieces,” says Tina Zulu. “The combination of colors, patterns and materials is magical—an aesthetic that embodies the effortless style of gypsetters.”
