The Houston Center for Contemporary Craft started in 2001 with the mission to educate visitors on the history, process, and product of craft. Today they provide a space for artists, both local and national, to not only showcase their work but support one another as well as the community. Through craft camps, artists in residence, and much more, HCCC delivers a unique approach for their visitors.
The Houston Center for Contemporary Craft (HCCC) presents CraftTexas 2018 this fall. The CraftTexas exhibition, juried by Jennifer Scanlan, will feature 36 Texas artists. CraftTexas provides a space for artists and art-lovers to explore groundbreaking contemporary work including sculptures, jewelry and furniture. Keep Reading
